MK Interiors provides residential and commercial interior services, design consultation, and bespoke furniture solutions.

2. Quotations

All quotations are based on the project requirements, measurements, specifications and information available at the time of quotation. Changes to the approved design, specifications or scope of work may result in additional costs.

3. Project Approval

Work will proceed based on the agreed quotation, design and specifications. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, measurements and specifications before production or installation.

4. Payments

Deposits and payments must be made according to the payment terms stated on the applicable quotation or invoice. Production or work may only begin once the required payment has been received.

5. Changes and Cancellations

Changes or cancellations after approval may result in additional costs for design work, materials, production, labour or other expenses already incurred.

6. Project Times

Completion dates are estimates and may be affected by material availability, design changes, site conditions, deliveries, installation requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Website Content

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. Images and project examples may be used for illustrative and portfolio purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, photographs, text, graphics, branding and other content belonging to MK Interiors may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights provided to consumers under applicable South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
